The Associate Director, Enterprise Customer Enablement Lead, is a highly strategic, solutions-centric, collaborative, professional experienced in business partnerships and strategic alliances.

You will establish standard workflows to support enterprise accounts with a primary focus on innovative and “early adopter” clinical organizations. You will bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record for nurturing and developing accounts.

The Associate Director is a self-motivated healthcare executive with a keen sense of GRAIL’s value proposition that can grow the business while effectively navigating the complexities of the market. Ability to flex between thinking strategically and managing relationships to getting deep into problem solving operational solutions to deliver back to the account is required.

In this high-impact role, you will drive meaningful change in both the short and long term for GRAIL. This role would have the opportunity to lead a portfolio of clients over time and potentially a small internal team to support efforts, if applicable.

You Will:

  • Support growing Customer Success(CS) and Implementation teams across the enterprise channel, owning cross functional work streams that drive success at scale across multiple customer channels
  • Serve as the liaison between CS and other parts of the business such as product, marketing, partnerships and clinical, building out regular feedback loops amongst these entities to optimize pull through and maximize business initiatives
  • Initial focus on leading strategy and execution for new high value customer offering- onsite blood draw events within the enterprise channel:
    Lead GRAIL’s efforts to launch onsite blood draw events for Interested customers. Coordinate efforts across many functions including legal, compliance, medical affairs, implementation, product, marketing, customer success and sales at testing events such as mobile tour stops, onsites at customer offices, and customer visits to GRAIL’s office
  • Serve as the SME for onsite blood draw events, both internally and with customers/prospects
  • Own the relationship with, and scheduling of, vendors such as phlebotomists and ordering provider networks as it relates to testing events
  • Serve as the master of ceremonies for onsite events, coordinating internal and external staff activities to create a high quality and effective process for customers
  • Collaborate closely with Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Service and other teams to ensure seamless overall process including pre- and post-event work
  • Collect feedback and document best practices to enable future scaling

Your Background Should Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 or more years of related experience required.
  • Proven client success and account management healthcare experience with a demonstrated track record of success and at least 6 years of broad-based, progressive experience with customer management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and is comfortable in operations.
  • Strong track record in partner management, executive presence and experience managing both internal C-Suite executives and external client executive leaders.

  • Experience scaling an organization with an emphasis on building repeatable processes
  • Experience managing in-person events with multiple work streams and stakeholders
  • Meticulously organized, consistent with follow through, oriented toward operations
  • Excellent face-to-face, verbal, and written customer service and communication skills
  • Proven track record for high quality relationship management
  • Feels energized by, and creates order in, chaotic environments
  • Willing to travel up to 60% to support onsite events
