GRAIL is hiring a Commercial Partnerships Manager who will focus on accelerating commercial partnership efforts to expand access to and adoption of its products. The ideal candidate has a strong strategic and analytic background, excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated ability to deliver high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment, interest in expanding skill-sets to encompass externally facing Partnerships and Business Development activities, and the desire to join a high-performing, mission-driven team.

You Will:

  • Develop a robust understanding of the overall healthcare partner landscape in order to inform strategic direction of Commercial Partnerships team
  • Develop and vet hypotheses around novel business models to align incentives with strategic partners and accelerate GRAIL’s commercial success
  • Develop and iterate business cases for high potential partnerships based on understanding of landscape and where applicable, high-level forecasts of volume and revenue potential
  • Develop frameworks to support partner evaluation and prioritization
  • Support revenue generation efforts across partnerships, including targeting and profiling, prospecting, and developing relationships with accounts in concert with internal cross functional teams.
  • Support development of KPIs and business analytics to drive team efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Legal, Compliance) to support partnership initiatives
  • Attend relevant conferences to develop industry intelligence

Your Background Should Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field, advanced degree preferred
  • 2+years experience working in management consulting or investment banking within healthcare and/or life sciences industries, or market development or strategy roles at diagnostic, biopharma, healthcare services companies
  • Strong interest in science and biology
  • Demonstrated bias for action to iterate and create clarity within ambiguous initiatives
  • Experience in a fast-growing commercial organization with product launch experience
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a start-up environment, leading complex strategic initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals and deliver results with a high emphasis on quality, technical rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Mission driven; excitement to transform cancer screening and management as we know it
  • Outstanding customer-centric and relationship management skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration  skills, with proven experience managing complex projects through influence
