Resolve Biosciences is a privately held company headquartered in Monheim am Rhein, Germany with an expanding global footprint, that includes facilities in San José, California, USA.

Our Molecular Cartography™ platform has been well received by scientists through an early access program since 2016. We are now entering into an exciting phase of rapid growth and commercialization.



With immediate effect, we are looking to hire a full-time Laboratory Assistant Spatial Biology (m/f/d) to support our Service Operations Team in San José, California in the following fields:

Execution of customer projects according to good laboratory practice and industry standards. Focus will be on our Molecular Cartography workflow from sample preparation to data generation.

Transfer of new applications / Molecular Cartography protocols from Monheim, Germany to San José, US.

Definition and maintenance of SOPs in Service, logistics, manufacturing, and QC.

Documentation of the experiments and generation of reports for customers and other departments in Resolve Biosciences.

Active cooperation with the other parties involved in the customer projects like Data Analysts, Commercial Operations Team.

Taking an active role in supporting our Lab leader in further improving our laboratory.

Help with general lab maintenance as needed; maintain lab stock, manage inventory and safety records.

Logistics of products and sample materials between our head office in Monheim, Germany and customers in the US.



You have a degree in (Molecular) Biology or Biochemistry [B.S.] and at least one year of professional experience in the industry.

You have profound knowledge in Molecular Biology, ideally with experience in nucleic acid amplification, detection, single cell sequencing and/or sample preparation.

You ideally have experience in a customer project service lab.

You ideally have experience with preparing tissue sections / sampling of organic material.

You have experience with MS Office and other standard software applications.



You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You are hands-on and someone, who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

You have a pronounced quality consciousness and diligence.

You have good organizational skills and you are able to work structured and independently.

You are passionate to work in agile, intercultural teams.

You are fluent in English.
