At Sapient, we are rapidly scaling our technology services team and we are looking for an IT Technician with strong operational, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills. The IT Technician will support our team by assisting with general support of day-to-day technology tasks. They will work closely vendors, consultants, and the rest of the IT team to support Sapient technical needs. This role is based in San Diego, California.


  • Perform level 1 and level 2 helpdesk support duties.
  • Track and maintain IT hardware.
  • Support a complex, distributed, multi-vendor environment, including mobile and cloud technologies.
  • Troubleshoot system and application issues.
  • Assist with network, server, and user account administration.
  • Prepare various documents and train users to work with computer systems and programs.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous end-user support.
  • Respond to requests from auditors, finance, and other business partners.
  • May be required to perform other duties as instructed by managers.
