About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex, custom frontend applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience
- Address performance bottlenecks and ensure scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Mentor junior engineers, helping them grow both technically and personally
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in frontend development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development
- 3+ years with modern web frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Vue
- Experience in cloud computing, preferably AWS
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and Language Learning Model tools like OpenAI, Langchain is a plus
- Exceptional skills in complex data visualizations
- Mastery in unit testing and CI/CD frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders

Compensation Range: $128K-192K
