About The Role
Do you have a passion for customizing LIMS systems to optimize lab operations and the experience of downstream stakeholders? We are on the hunt for a LIMS Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our LIMS platform
- Contribute to systems architecture, design and site reliability engineering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Mentor junior engineers, helping them grow both technically and personally
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in lab technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in LIMS engineering role(s)
- Experience with cloud computing and web applications development is preferred
- Strong coding background with at least one programming language
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain well-documented processes and code that conform to and support audit, security, and business continuity requirements
- Experience with data architecture and data modeling
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders

Compensation Range: $128K-192K
