We are rapidly scaling our customer success team and we are looking for a Project Manager with strong operational, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills. From sample accessioning, the Project Manager will support client projects to ensure speed and quality. The Project Manager will work closely within the client pod to manage various client and project specific tasks.

- Assist multiple concurrent client projects with ease and accuracy
- Respond to client requests with professionalism and timeliness
- Orchestrate complex international shipments of biological materials
- Certify accuracy of client manifests and samples
- Interface with company automation systems to log and store client samples
- Orchestrate return or long-term storage of client samples upon request
- Relationship-focused client engagements that ensure customer success
What we’re looking for
- B.A. or B.S., with strong academic credentials
- At least 3 years of customer service / customer success experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Possess a growth mindset and embrace change
- Thrive in complex and fast-paced work environments
Compensation Range: $64K-96K
