We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Business Development professional to join T-Cure. The individual will drive T-Cure’s growth strategy and as such, is responsible for leading business development activities in coordination with R&D, Finance and Fundraising. In this role, the individual will provide vision and direction for identifying and qualifying leads on behalf of our Business Strategy. The key responsibilities will be to Identify and grow business development opportunities by developing and leveraging relationships with key decision-makers within biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. The title will be dependent on the experience.

Position: Business Development Professional as Director/VP/CBO

Responsibilities

·         Lead and communicate with VC, Biotech and Pharma Partners

·         Secure partnering opportunities based on T-Cure needs

·         Assist the CFO and CEO in executing fundraising and strategic partnerships

·         Develop and implement specific strategies that align to T-Cure’s business strategy model

·         Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities

·         Initiate and develop productive client relationships in multiple functions at multiple levels

·         Actively participate, and potentially lead, cross-functional teams to develop and complete partner opportunities that include adept coordination of  legal, licensing, manufacturing, marketing, R&D, etc.

·         Supervise and manage contracts and relationships with clients.

·         Determine needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems in a timely fashion.

·         Ability to structure and to steer complex processes and to align with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred Candidates

·         Understanding of T-Cure’s TCR product portfolio

·         Ability to work well in a team

·         Exceptional communication, both written and oral, and organizational skills

·         Strong ability to develop a professional rapport, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor

·         Track record of successful deals with big pharma, biotech and VC firms

Education

·         Advanced degree and/or MBA is preferred

·         At least 5-10 years of Biotech, Pharma or VC experience
